For the first 14 days, if you are not 100% satisfied with your electronicsbeauty item, no matter what it is or why, send it back for a full refund. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges that are in their original condition and have not been worn or altered, otherwise we may require a restocking fee. Custom or personalized items are not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For cancellations, please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
If the return is a result of a production flaw or our error (when you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will exchange the item free of charge.
You should expect to receive your refund within a week after we have the item.
